Student/Faculty/Staff Transportation

Campus Shuttles

The University operates three convenient shuttle routes that are open to all students, faculty and staff, as well as the general public:

  • Bulla to Main,
  • Bulla to Library to Snite, and
  • Baseball to McKenna.

Use the ND Mobile app or this website to track the real-time location of the shuttle buses. Please see the detailed maps below. The routes will run continuously from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Buses will arrive at each location approximately every ten minutes. The goal of the Notre Dame Shuttle is to transport the campus community as close as possible to the interior of campus and as quickly as possible.

You can download the ND Mobile app from the app store, or from Google Play for Android devices. Any device, including tablets and desktops, can also use the ND Mobile app by visiting m.nd.edu.

Coach USA

Coach USA provides bus service between campus (Holy Cross Drive / Notre Dame Avenue main entrance) and Midway and O'Hare airports.  Coach USA has asked our riders to purchase tickets online in advance at https://us.megabus.com/, which will help plan for buses, and will provide automatic passenger alerts upon changes to scheduled bus trips.  Purchasing on-line 24 hours in advance will guarantee a seat on the bus.  Riders that show up at the stop with pre-purchased online tickets will be able to board the bus first.

Please see the following announcement from Coach USA North America.  We are working on details regarding future offerings between Chicago airports and campus and will post an update as soon as it is available.
