Vehicle Rental
The goal of the Transportation Services Motor Pool is to make a variety of vehicles available for rent to Notre Dame departments, students, faculty, and staff for the purpose of carrying out University business.
When vehicle needs are sporadic, use of the Motor Pool is a convenient alternative to purchasing a vehicle or entering a long-term lease.
Please note that the University PROHIBITS the use of 15 PASSENGER VANS for ALL University students, faculty, and staff.

Rental Forms
The vehicle rental process begins with the Vehicle Rental Form. This form can be filled out on your computer, printed, and signed.
Once completed, it should be faxed to Transportation Services at (574) 631-9654. An e-mail will be sent to the contact person advising them of our ability to fulfill their request.

Rental Rates
- Sedans: $35.00 per day
- Mini-Vans: $55.00 per day
